Fixed Term Opportunities

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the Early Support service within Community Hubs, in the front door (duty and advice) or other services as needs arise.

You will help to reduce the need for statutory interventions through improved early support and community support.

You will support whole family working practices with partners by coaching, consulting and co-working.

You will help to improve the quality of frontline practice and develop a more relational model of support.

You will help to strengthen community level partnership working with Community Hubs and wider Early Support partners.

To apply for this job as a secondment you must be a substantive employee of the Council with over 6 months continuous service and have successfully completed your probation period.
