Flatts Nursery School is the only Local Authority Maintained Nursery School in Kirklees. We provide a special place for our children to grow and develop. Our aim is to ensure our children are independent, curious and have a strong sense of community.

What we are looking for:

  • A key person to be responsible for a group of children under the supervision of the senior early years practitioner and teachers.
  • A team player who can work well as part of a team, but also use their own initiative.
  • Someone who is passionate about early education and care.
  • An organised individual who can manage their own time and keep to deadlines.
  • A flexible person willing to work across the setting and be open to working extra hours in line with the needs of the school.
  • Someone who loves to learn.
