Kirklees Council are advertising this role on behalf of Huddersfield New College.

The salary for this post is NJC pay spine point 3 £20,173 per annum, reduced pro rata to £1,625.61 to reflect reduced hours and week’s contract.

As the assistant academy coach, you will support the Head of Football in planning, delivering and analysing the team’s performance week on week. You’ll be expected to deliver sessions, support organising the team at training and oversee the running of a team during the week and on match days. You will also need to monitor attendance, feedback on player performance and reflect a high standard of behaviour to those you coach.

The College runs male and female football academies, applications are welcome from coaches who would like to work with either academy, and the successful candidate will be utilised where there is need, and in line with their expertise.
