Following the retirement of our highly regarded headteacher earlier this year we are looking for an ambitious, positive and caring leader to further the development of our ‘Good’ small school in the heart of our rural community.

The Governors are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Headteacher who can:

  • Adopt, lead and champion our school values and culture, which aims to develop mature, caring and enterprising individuals who have a clear role within society
  • Model and lead excellence in teaching and learning which is supportive and ambitious for every child'
  • Lead and inspire our committed staff team

The successful candidate will be ambitious and confident working systematically and collaboratively both within the school and more widely with other small schools in our local area.

Relationships are at the heart of our school community and we are looking for an engaged and visible Headteacher who will prioritise the wellbeing of all school stakeholders whilst demonstrating excellence in curriculum development and driving quality teaching.
