£17,532 - £18,853 (These jobs are advertise as a Grade 6 but due receiving government funding you would be appointed to the top of Grade 7 (£21,040) which will be on an honorarium until March 2025, you would then be paid on Grade 6 after this date.

As a Supported Employment Officer you will be part of a team supporting adults with learning disabilities to find employment.

You will demonstrate excellent practice in-line with national standards in supported employment.

You will be responsible for assessment against eligibility criteria, sign posting, carrying a caseload and holistic support depending upon the needs of the customer.

You will be working within various locations, including North and South kirklees, as well as working from home.
