At Kirklees we want to be innovative and creative in the way we work to deliver our services to our communities. Working as a senior manager in the Council and working with the schools community you will be responsible for the delivery of the PPP contracts and schools asset management function within the Corporate Landlord Team.

Leading the schools asset management team you will ensure that a high quality, customer focused and efficient service is delivered across the school community and has a positive impact on delivery of the Councils’ shared ambitions. 

Working alongside other managers in the Council you will take responsibility for both strategic and operational matters relating to the schools PPP Contract and schools asset management function.

A good team manager, with experience and/or knowledge of PPP contracts and asset management in a schools context is essential.

Kirklees is a mixture of rural and urban conurbations. You will be expected to travel and therefore having a full and valid driving licence is highly desirable.
