The work will be varied and will enable the successful candidate to gain an in-depth understanding of all aspects of making sure our properties and estates are sustainable and desirable places to live. The role will suit an individual who is keen on detail and enjoys working on projects from start to finish.  You will work with colleagues from across the Asset Team and the wider council and, more importantly, with our tenants. • Provide updates to the Team Leader in relation to scheme progress against the overall programme
  • To plan engagement activities relating to The Investment Programme and other capital and revenue programmes
  • Supervise the workloads of the Property Project Assistants.
  • Produce and update the project plan, ensuring barriers are identified, and relevant partners are notified.
  • Offer a proactive and solutions driven service.
  • Provide front line customer-facing support on site as required.

 This post requires:

  • GCSE (or equivalent) Grade 4 (C) or above in English & Maths or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to interact effectively and sensitively, in person, via the telephone and in writing with a range of stakeholders, internal and external
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Experience of regularly updating information databases and Excel spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication skills including providing concise reports and updates
  • Ability to manage own workload.
  • A passion for customer care

These posts are hybrid working.
