Working through a holistic life course approach in Kirklees Public Health, you will provide leadership to and management of the achievement of key public health outcomes through the development and maintenance of positive and collaborative relationships with key partners. 

Through your PH leadership and management skills and experience, you will contribute to culture and transformational change across systems by developing and building on relationships and processes to achieve agreed outcomes. 

You will work in collaboration with PH colleagues and partners both in Kirklees Council and wider systems and sectors to lead and manage across the system to deliver transformational change at pace. 

The priority for this post will be to work at a strategic level to integrate a public health approach across systems and partnerships. The candidate should be able to work flexibly depending on the needs of the service. 

The successful candidate will be qualified to Master’s degree level or equivalent qualification, with specific experience of leading individual, cultural and/or organisation change. Developing and implementing strategy and leading on a range of programmes including their development and management.
