We are looking to recruit at Level 3 Social Worker.
The Mental Health Social Care Hub works across the whole of Kirklees providing assessment and support for people with diagnosed mental health needs who meet the eligibility criteria for social care needs as defined under the Care Act 2014.
We are a small and friendly team who have a number of years of experience both within mental health and adult social care.
Your Role
As an experienced social worker, you will be expected to manage complex cases and work autonomously. You will receive regular supervision and workload management to assist in your decision-making and ensure your continued professional development. You need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations and you will be an integral part of a busy team.
You will promote and protect the service user’s rights. You will be required to positively manage risk, promote independence and wellbeing whilst protecting service users and others from harm.
