Are you ready to turn your Environmental Health studies into real‑world experience?Kirklees Council has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Student Environmental Health Officer to join our Public Protection team and take the first step in a rewarding Environmental Health career.
This is a development role, designed to support you through the CIEH Environmental Health Practitioner Portfolio while you gain hands‑on experience working alongside friendly, experienced officers who genuinely want to see you succeed.
You’ll get involved in a wide variety of work, including Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Pollution and Noise Control, with dedicated opportunities to gain experience in Housing – helping you build confidence, skills, and a strong professional foundation.
