Here at KNH we manage over 22,000 homes for Kirklees Council. Every day is different, but our main aim is to improve the lives of people in Kirklees by providing quality homes in successful communities. 

We are looking to recruit an OD professional with passion and enthusiasm to drive change. 

As the OD Advisor we’d like you to develop a thorough understanding of current and future business objectives, identify the OD interventions required to enable achievement of those objectives and ensure implementation through proactive partnership working with managers. 

The role will work in partnership with Human Resources (HR) to build a holistic organisational development approach which builds the capacity and capability of the workforce and engenders a culture of continuous improvement. 

You will deliver a high quality, proactive, effective, efficient and timely OD advisory and support service to key stakeholders and managers throughout the organisation, whilst keeping informed of best practice developments. 

You will work closely with the OD Business Partner in providing an excellent service which is mindful of current and future challenges, objectives and associated people requirements, proactively identifying opportunities where OD can add value. 

Key deliverables for this role include; proactive and innovative solutions which respond to current and future requirements and assist in achieving business objectives and KPI’s and provide high quality, professional support and guidance to managers in relation to all OD matters including development plans, employee engagement, leading change and embedding our Value & Behaviours.
