Spring Grove School is an outstanding multi-cultural school that lies at the heart of a supportive and diverse community in central Huddersfield. 

Our Business Support team is an important part of our school and we wish to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated individual to support that team.

You will be the first point of contact for children, visitors and callers, providing a friendly and professional reception service.  The role will be varied and you will also assist other members of our team as and when required.

You will need to:

  • Have experience of working in a school office
  • Have some reception experience, either desk or telephone based.
  • Have experience of Microsoft Office using Word and Excel, and email;
  • Have good verbal communication skills in order to liaise with children and other staff members.
  • Have the ability to communicate with people of diverse backgrounds. Bilingual skills would be an advantage.
