£27,098.00 - £30,818.00 pa (reduced pro rata to £25,347.80 - £28,827.53 pa in accordance with the term time contract.)

The College has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administration Manager to join the support staff team.

Under the direction of the Deputy Principal, the Student Administration Manger will be responsible for leading the Student Information Team to manage and maintain student records, in addition to providing administrative support to enrichment, liaison, admissions, enrolment and pastoral teams. The post holder will also line manage the College’s two front office Administrators.

The College are seeking an outstanding Student Administration Manager, with significant experience of working in a busy administrative role. The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator, with the ability to successfully adapt their communication style with various target audiences, including staff, students and the Senior Leadership Team. Strong IT, administration and organisational skills are essential. Experience of managing a team within an educational establishment would be highly desirable. The post holder must also be willing to work flexibly to meet the demands of the role during peak times.
